This page explains how you can delete your Chess Wizard AI account and the data associated with it. The Service is operated by AIVENTRIX TECHNOLOGIES.
The quickest way to delete your account:
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the address linked to your account:

Please include your username so we can verify and process your request.
We will process email deletion requests within 30 days.

We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, for fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Completed games you played against others may remain visible in those players' game histories, but will no longer be linked to your personal profile. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is then deleted.
